Buttermilk Ranch

A classic, the fresh dill gives it that extra flavor. Not to be confused with dressings made from powder mixes, our Ranch Dressing is a blend of fresh vegetables, real buttermilk and sour cream. A touch of dill adds an interesting twist of this classic favorite.

Honey Mustard

The slightly sweet and tangy flavors make this dressing a favorite across the board. Whole grain mustard, yellow mustard, and local sourced honey are combined together in one of our favorite dressings. Creamy, sweet, and with the perfect hint of spice. Our Honey Mustard is sure to be one of your favorites as well.

Chipotle Ranch

Our customers who love spice will fall in love with this dressing. We’ve taken the classically cool flavor of our Buttermilk Ranch and kicked it up a notch with the warm heat from smoky chipotle peppers. If you are looking for some spice, you have found your Salata pairing.

Lemon Vinaigrette

A refreshing dressing that is our simplest dressing—fresh oregano, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and a touch of garlic—all balanced with extra virgin olive oil. This dressing is the perfect light compliment to any combination of ingredients.

Fat-Free Mango

Fat-Free Mango dressing is a delicious blend of sweet and tangy mango, with just the right amount of Fat-Free Yogurt and a splash of fresh lemon juice to create this crisp, yet refreshing fat-free dressing.

Classic Ceasar

You won’t be disappointed in the Salata version of this classic salad dressing. Made with real parmesan, anchovies, garlic and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Try it today with our fresh cut Romaine lettuce, handmade croutons, and a little pesto grilled chicken for the perfect Caesar salad. Straight from Rome and packed with flavor!

Sun Dried Tomato

Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette is an amazing compilation of Sun Dried Tomatoes, perfectly roasted red bell peppers, fresh basil, onions, red wine vinegar, and rounded off with sweet roasted garlic puree.

Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

This is where it all started and is our very first creation. Our Fresh Herb Vinaigrette is a light and refreshing blend of fresh basil, parsley, and oregano, and is our most popular dressing to this day. This slightly sweet balance of spices and herbs perfectly rounds out any salad combination.

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Simple and delicious for any salad or salad wrap. Perfectly aged balsamic vinegar, fresh garlic, light oil and a touch of Dijon mustard are emulsified to create this go-to dressing. Give it a try today!

Ginger Lime

The unique combination of fresh peeled ginger is blended with fresh lime juice and spices to create the flavor explosion we call our Ginger Lime Dressing. Try this vinaigrette over your favorite blend of lettuces today!

Jalapeño Avocado

A new Salata favorite. This dressing is a blend of fresh jalapeños and fresh avocado pulp and cilantro. The combination of buttermilk and sour cream helps to round out the spicy flavor profile of that fresh yet invigorating dressing.
